Known as the Stage Building, TwentyFour25 West Loop South is an Iconic, Grade A building in heart of Houston’s premier retail, food and business centre known as the Galleria. The building itself is in walking distance or a 5 min car ride to the Galleria Mall, an upscale mixed-use urban development shopping mall located in the Uptown District of Houston with over 30 million visitors per year, as well as the new River Oaks District, an outdoor shopping complex of global luxury brands, comprising 252,000 square feet of retail space.

TwentyFour25 was designed in the 1980s by world renowned architect, IM Pei. Known for his creative use of modernist architecture in combination with natural elements and open spaces, IM Pei is celebrated for iconic designs such as the Louvre Pyramid in Paris, the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong, the JFK Library in Boston, Herbert Johnson Museum of Art in Cornell University, Doha Islamic Arts Museum, Ronald Regan Building in Washington DC, the First International Bank of Israel in Tel Aviv, University Plaza in New York, The Landmark in Irvine, California and the NASCAR Hall of Fame… Just to name a few!  To honor his legacy, TwentyFour25 was recently refurbished and continues to undergo significant upgrades with new health and wellness amenities for the tenants.

Although TwentyFour25 has been classified as an office building, we are witnessing a general shift to mixed-use spaces.  To that end, we would like to incorporate retail and restaurants into the building and, specifically, on the ground floor. Call us to discuss!

We believe that there is an intrinsic destination value at TwentyFour25 and do not simply seek to operate it as a traditional office building. As such, amenities and services are vital part of our vision for TwentyFour25.  We intend to make our lobby and other public spaces operate more like the hospitality and residential sector. We will not only seek to activate our open spaces by adding coffee shops, restaurants, retail, personal wellness sessions, including massages, yoga and more, we plan to roll out expanded amenities to individual tenants, using a tech-based platform to manage tenant-branded facilities and providing services tailored for their staff.

 

INCLUSIVITY

Maximizing the lobby space will increase the feeling of inclusivity and community in 2425. We will blur the boundaries between the public and private spaces making it more porous and nuanced. The public-serving open space will allow for tenant receptions as well as art and cultural events for both resident tenants and visitors.

 

FLOW

Part of our desire to shape experiences for our tenants and visitors be visible accessibility for them. It means that experience will be designed to create a natural flow of various experiences. People will navigate through an activated and lively spaces prior to going into their office
